OAK RIDGE, TENN. — VETCO, LLC announced today it was awarded a contract to provide
technical services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Program
Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) multiple-award
procurement.
The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, with a total ceiling of $1.5 billion for all
thirty-four PACTS contractors in the four categories, consists of two base years plus three oneyear
option periods.
The VETCO team, with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., as a pre-selected sub-contractor, will
compete for task orders in the technical services category for DHS’s 22 component agencies at
locations world-wide. The Team may provide services to enable DHS to accomplish mission
objectives and is designed to fulfill the majority of component and departmental needs.
In making the announcement, VETCO President Rodney Nelson stated, “We are extremely
